About me

I am a Tech Lead at NVIDIA's Cosmos Lab, where I work on world model pretraining. My research focuses on autonomous intelligence — building systems that perceive, reason, and act in the physical world.

My research has been integrated into products including NVIDIA Cosmos and NVIDIA Edify, and has received recognition including TIME's Best Inventions of 2023 and Best AI & Best Overall at CES 2025.

I obtained my Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University, advised by Dr. Mathias Unberath and Dr. Russell H Taylor, and my Bachelor's from University of British Columbia, advised by Dr. Tim Salcudean. I have been fortunate to collaborate with brilliant minds at NVIDIA, Meta Reality Labs, Intuitive, UBC and JHU.
